Yes it is. He only paid $565 for it on this auction, which is probably what its worth, rather than the $650-start / $699-buynow that he is trying to sell it for.

Why would anyone pay $700 for a 1st Gen secondhand iPhone when the 3G model is less that $300 more brand new?
