I'm not familiar with 10Gb ethernet.  If the "Mellanox 10Gb Connectx-2 PCIe card x2 - $50 or $90 incl. fibre cable" is a ready-to-install pair of cards with a cable to link them that I can use for playing with virtual machine replication and migration faster than over my current 1g connection, can I please grab them?

What voltages were you running on the 6700k to get it to 4.8GHz? 😉

Yeah, the cards are well supported and are plug-and-play with the few windows machines I've used them on. PM me if you like.

Thanks for reminding me to update my flair ;) if I remember correctly it was around 1.4v. I wouldn't recommend running it at that unless you have a big air collier or 240mm+ AIO.

So am I right in assuming the Mellanox cards do not have an RJ45 port for doing 10Gb over Cat6/6A?
