It's a LiteOn 8x Bluray Reader with CD/DVD reader/writer capabilities.
Has the option of a black or silver front bezel.
It was in my HTPC a few years ago but hardly got used and has now been in the box for a couple of years.

Its the same card, for PC you just have a PCI adaptor for want of a better explanation.
