Just an update on the G2's - some very fast PM'ers have taken the ones I had available.

I was number 2 cab off the rank and I'm still waiting to hear from you about a G2
I'm hoping to move from that category to 'taken one you have available'.

I know that I PMed shortly after the initial post (and well before the first two public posts/replies here) and have been to pick up what I purchased.

So I have 1x G2 i3 left on hold just waiting to hear back from @skyplonk otherwise elpenguino was next.

I also have an 430 G2 i5-5200U / 8GB / 240GB model with a loud fan. It still works fine just the fan much louder than it should be. It was my wife's computer and I ordered a replacement fan from Aliexpress in April but it ended up timing out and I got a refund. I have since upgraded her to a G7.

Fan is about $10US from Aliexpress and it's about a 30 minute job to swap them over assuming you are comfortable removing the top case from the notebook.... and are patient enough to wait for it to arrive.

After $240 for that one.
