Otherwise I have one in my iFixit set if you want to come across the bridge (am in Remuera... can leave it in the letterbox)

Thank you for the offer. @rphenix had one only one suburb away so I performed open heart surgery outside his house using his screwdriver. Love how the community helped me get my Mum's phone back into action so quickly. Thanks everyone for your offers of help and assistance.

 

I've now ordered one to replacing my missing one. 😁
