Sorry replied to the PM's but missed the thread. No backlit keyboard but they do have the Windows 7 COA's.

 

Condition wise they all have some wear and tear but some are tidier than others - I've taken some pics of the damage here - https://imgur.com/a/AgQnrf0

Happy to report I received mine today in perfect timing along with the power adapter I ordered off TradeMe to go with it. Condition is great with only one chip to the outside shell and working nicely all as described. Very happy with this!
