Does anyone know of any 2G sim cards available?

I am looking at getting the kids some GPS tracking watches for an overseas holiday we have next year, trying to iron out the fine print and the reviews, and it looks like this could be a catch.

As above, get any Vodafone or 2Degrees SIM. Remember Spark (and Skinny by extension) have a 3G and up network, no 2G.
