i know you need a gps jammer that blocks, gps, gsm and cdma to block the signal from Amarda gps. what i need to know is what freq do these need to be?? can any1 help

Are you driving someone else's car woth a tracking device? If this is the case then perhaps the owner has a reason to have the tracking on. If it's a company car it could be security (virtual geo fencing) or logistics (determine best routes for jobs).

Also I am pretty sure communications jammers are illegal in New Zealand.

Jamming devices are illegal in NZ. If you managed to disable or disrupt the GPS tracking device - the tracking company will know about it and alert the owner of the vehicle. You will get caught out.
