Hey Guys,

Just wondering if we can load NZ maps into these Japanese cars that come with Japans GPS systems inbuilt in the cars? If we can, can you please send me how to go about it.

Do you know how many GPS units are made for Japanese cars?

Can you provide more INFO?

At a guess I would say no it can't be done

What JohnR meant to say is that you didn't give much information about the GPS - brand, model, etc.

As a rule, assume NONE of the Japanese imported in-car GPS will work in New Zealand, for lack of maps.

And I think you'd find all the instructions in Japanese as well.
It's not just about the map format but the the OS as well.
