Hi

Have seen some posts about the unlimited data nights, tried playing around with the registration pages on snap website but couldn't find the addon option. So how does this work? Is it still available? Does it cost extra fees?

Noticed it should be $5 right now, but i can't seem to find the option on the registration page

Assuming Snap's your current ISP...

Just go to your Summary page: https://myaccount.snap.net.nz/summary
And click where it says: Alternatively, click here to find out how to get unlimited data at night time.

Then charge the $5 to your account or card.

Note that it's $5 for 3 consecutive nights of unmetered data between 1am and 7am.

Hi plo009,

Snap has a great new deal which enables our customers to make those large downloads without contributing to their monthly usage! For only $5, you can uncap your data limit for 3 nights, between the hours of 1am and 7am. All you need to do, is login to your account and head to the purchase extra data page. By clicking ‘uncap your data’, your rate limit will be removed between the hours of 1am and 7am for a 3 day period. You can pay then and there via credit card, or charge it to your account.

All data used between these times (1am and 7am) is un metered.*

*Please allow up to 15 minutes for the data limit to be removed and reapplied.

Hi, thanks for the reply

I'll be moving houses around 20th of May, so i was thinking about trying out snap. I'm currently using vodafone as my landline and isp. I've been using vodafone for over a year and getting relatively stable connection and speeds, just wondering if snap could make an improvement.

How does snap compare to vodafone around danemora/flatbush area? I am also considering future upgrade to vdsl2 from snap, so does vdsl2 increase latency/ping for gaming to servers from america, i heard people say telecom is one of the best option for international bandwidth as one of the biggest ISP in nz?
