Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that wants to try and use Spotify NZ, 2Degrees, and Facebook, I thought i'd change to 2Degrees and give it a go. I found that 2Degrees Facebook texts don't work, which is ok, but it turns out if you try and log into Spotify you can't use facebook credentials on the desktop client. It comes up with a warning that says it will send you an SMS code, which it can't do and therefore you cannot login.

I then added my Telecom based work phone, and then I was able to log in.

Just an FYI.

Thanks.

It would be unhelpful of me to reply 'All your face are belong to us' so I'll simply agree that Facebook texts are currently not supported by 2degrees. :-) However I have never found that stops me from using Facebook credentials to log into anything.

Perhaps that only happens if you previously had Facebook texts enabled on your number?

I have not tried on the desktop, but I had no trouble signing into Spotify using my Facebook credentials on my 2degrees mobile phone.
