I got a text this morning telling me 2Deg can't renew my national data and that I'm in debt for national data.
I just put $30 credit on my phone and it seems to have chewed through two blocks of national data and gone in to debt.
I've apparently got over 1Gb of on net data on my account at the same time.
I've just spent the last 15 minutes on the web site trying to understand what's going on, downloaded this months and last months usage info and I don't follow what's going on.
I haven't been off net all week. So how it would have chewed up national data I don't know.
6 months ago 1gb of national data for $20 seemed like good value.
I've been putting $30 dollars a month on my phone and until recently that's been ok, I'd been ending up with a little bit of credit that covers the odd phone call I make and seemed to come with a few free texts, of which I seem to use 5 to 10 a month.
However the market has moved and I'm wondering if this is still the best value for me and if the hassle factor is getting beyond this representing good value for me.
So, I'm quite interested to hear from others about what they think of the current value. Would I be better on an other network?
I often roam off net on the weekend and while 2deg have improved the coverage where I go, it's still basic and I'm wondering if Telecom might be a better choice?
Is it easy to get a Telecom SIM so I can compare service quality where I use it?
