It depends what you signed up for and are currently paying for.

Do you want something checked?

It would be equivalent of the 'enhanced' plan. The mailbox size is independent of the website diskspace. It used to be 20MB per mailbox, but it was raised to 100MB per mailbox some time ago. But I do have a clients email account that is slightly under 100MB, shows about 97MB being used, but it is bouncing email saying it is exceeding the allowance, and deleting email out of the mailbox doesn't seem to fix it.

I did speak to iserve, and they say that they have had someone else with the same problem today, so it looks like it is a problem at iserves end, and they can't explain why emails are bouncing with mailbox quota exceeded, but they are going to phone me back. They did confirm that there is diskspace remaining to receive emails fine.

However there is no mention anywhere on the orcon website, of what the default mailbox sizes are now for mailboxes like there used to be on the old iserve website.

Sounds like more storage is in use than is being reported in the console.
My suggestion is to log a case, let me know the ref you get back and we can look at it.

I would just go and look now but then this sort of becomes the place to log tickets and bypass the queue:)

If you dont get an answer in an appropriate time frame then let me know.

Thanks, yes that is what it sounds like it could be. I didn't get a reference but will ask for one if I don't hear back from them.

If you log a ticket via email you should get an email back with one.
If done via the phone just as for it, its assigned when they create the ticket.
