We use a Gmail iMap server for our  name@company.co.nz emails. I have noticed a few times now when sending to an Orcon customer/Domain that delivery fails with following details. Any ideas?
"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:   xxxxx@orcon.net.nz Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain orcon.net.nz by mail.orcon.net.nz. [219.88.242.10].  The error that the other server returned was: 550 5.7.1 <xxxxx@orcon.net.nz>... Looks like its failing for the reason "Unrouteable address Sender verify failed". If I had to guess this sounds like a DNS issue.

I would suggest to enter your domain below and run a diagnostic to see if everything is okay.

Also could be worth your client to add you email on the Orcon whitelist for emails. I made a guide on how to do this which is stickyed (http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=82&topicid=153978)
