...I have a few questions the sales team don't seem to be able to answer conclusively, so I thought I'd ask here.
I already have UFB under a different provider and due to a comedy of errors from my current provider from day one I decided to move.
MR offers internet tv as part of the package on UFB, however I have a Roku3 and tried making it work for Netflix, Hulu etc without success - and yes I have tried UnblockUS and Unotelly also without luck.
The sales people at MR tell me it should work with them. I asked them if they have other customers using Roku3 working with thier system I was put through the support team. The guy there told me they have solved most of the problems for customers using Roku3 and it works with them by changing the DNS in the Roku itself. I am not sure this can be done and so was not assured the support person was being factual or just guessing.
Are any of you using Roku3 with MR and is it working without the need for paid third party software?
MR looks good on paper but I have read of fair share disappointed customers and I am a little wary now, hence the question here.
I am not trying to offend the people at MR, it's not my intention, but I need facts before I go ahead and pay $200 early disconnection fees with current provider and lock myself in for $250 with MR and find out it is not going to work for me.
I would like to read from Marc as well on this.
