Really enjoying having access to the Netflix US catalogue through MyRepublic as it has a far greater range of content which mostly isn't on Netflix NZ, but it would be great to have the option to switch to Netflix NZ. Is this a feature that MyRepublic is thinking of implementing?

The reason I ask this is that I was looking through the Netflix NZ catalogue on my cellphone via 2degrees non-global mode network and it actually has quite a number of movies and TV shows that aren't available on Netflix US. Examples of content that I noticed on Netflix NZ that isn't on Netflix US include Summer Heights High, Borat, Fawlty Towers, The Hurt Locker, Lord of the Rings, The Blind Side, Jonah from Tonga, Up, Cars, The Dark Knight, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and in fact most of the content that is featured on the Netflix NZ home page actually isn't on the US version which is surprising when most people in NZ are moaning about how the US version is so much more superior.

So can you not access Netflix NZ at all on MyRepublic?

No, at present there is no possible way to access Netflix NZ on MyRepublic. There isn't even just an option to turn Fibre TV off like with Slingshot's Global Mode.

UPDATE: I just tried Hola on Google Chrome and set it to Netflix.co.nz browsing from New Zealand and that worked. Kind of funny through that I have to use a second geo-unblocker service to geo-unblock the content that has been geoblocked by a geo-unblocker service.
