Hi all,
Recently switched to Snap fibre with a Frizbox 7490.  The install went smoothly and so far I'm loving it.

Have had a quick tinker in the Snap Plus control panel but I'm hoping somebody can tell me:
Can I specifify how long my phone rings before it diverts to my mobile?  There is a setting to change how long it rings before going to voicemail, but nothing for a diversion.  The diversion is working but the wait is very long.  There's no ability to play a message or change the ring tone, so people are just hanging up, not realising that it will divert.

Can anybody tell me if the Snap Plus control panel was built inhouse, or are they using some other solution that might have documentation available?  Also any other tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated :)
