I was up obscenely early this morning, using the Internet, when my Snap UFB connection went down due to "PPPoE timeout". Log below. Does anyone know what causes this type of thing?

I called Snap tech support at 5:35am but "all their operators were on calls" (or perhaps asleep), and after a few minutes I gave up waiting as it came back up.

You checked their website right? Planned UFB maintenance in Wellington - http://www.snap.net.nz/support/content/20/175/en/planned-maintenance-_-wellington-ufb-18_06_2015.html

You POP is showing WLG so would assume you fall under this.

Cheers

That's it, thanks. Couldn't easily check their website, Internet was down, and couldn't be bothered messing about on the phone.
