So here goes.

I moved house and I have no service with Orcon apart from couple of domain names. They send me invoices for these and the address on the account is wrong.

First problem why the can't the customers update there own address online?

I called the service desk

1. Went to the technical department: "Hey there just wanted to update my physical address on the account". Sorry sir we can't do that that's accounts.
2. Went to the accounts department: "Hey there just wanted to update my physical address on the account". Sorry sir we can't do that that's handled by the domain team ?? (sounds like a palm off as why would domain team handle address that should be accounts)
3. Went to the domains department: "Hey there just wanted to update my physical address on the account". Yes I can do that. "Why can't we do it online ourselves?" you can "no I'm logged in now and its all grayed out. "Oh not sure why that is" ......

Logged in and checked and he spelled my new address wrong SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! Why not make use of google or ask for me to spell it out??

Come on guys it can't be that hard all I wanted to do is update my address.

I wasted 29 minutes on the phone only to get the from one wrong address to another.

I think its best for me to move my services to another provider.

Why not just email them initially to do it?  Some ISPs though are terrible managing email communications, although Orcon I have found aren't too bad at it.

I have been with Orcon for more then 5 years and within that time I have emailed them more then 5 times and have had no response.

So I didn't have a good service with that hence what was easier before to call and sort out looks now not that great either.
