Have been on 2degrees VDSL broadband since they began last year and so far have had no issues, however ever since Thursday last week my upload speeds dropped significantly (was seeing constant 4-5Mbps in current throughput up until last week)   Here's my Speedtest check from Christmas eve. note: through a busy wifi so certainly lower than the modem throughput would've shown if I'd snapped that)

And here are my tests done today...

Does anyone have any quick ideas on something I could do to fix this? Have spoken to a very friendly guy at 2degrees tech support who's going to start a 2hour test on it now to check it before throwing to Chorus but thought I'd see if there was something I may be able to do. Obviously with the download speed still being spot on I can't see cabling being an issue? Though I have swapped the cable from VDSL filter to router and no change

Based on the fact you're almost getting 30mbit download I would suggest the problem may well be with the line card connecting you to VDSL (on Chorus's end). You can ask 2degrees to do a DLM reset + port reset to see if that resolves the problem otherwise if not it could well be your router also.

The upload sync rate is very poor and would be consistent with seeing poor speed. See what comes back from the line check as it looks like a define sync rate issue.

Had Chorus round this afternoon. Looks like there was an issue with cabling to the house..... Latest test. wow best speed I've ever had in this house. hopefully it stays stable.
