Good evening,

The build for the my orcon home page is not working properly for me, the build for the page is v3.75.42.r.10438 when accessing it on a MacBook pro.

On the left hand side below the MY ORCON HOME, there are only the:

  • MY PLANS

    • Current Plans
    CONTACT US

    • Request Help

There is no way to change my billing method.

Yet if I use my IPHONE then I get a whole list of options including change billing method. However the issue with it on the IPHONE is the right hand side of the page is cut off and you can't change the position of the page in the screen.

I spent 20 minutes trying to explain the build issues with your technical team tonight, my to my frustration of their lack of understanding or comprehension.

Please fix your webpage builds to allow your customers to effectively use them.

Regards,

Si

Have you actually reported the issue to them?

You're describing the behaviour of My Orcon when it detects that you are logging in from overseas. Are you logging in from overseas, or are you using a VPN when you encounter this issue?

^^ Further to Cam's comments, if you can PM us some account details, we can have a look.

We also have a new My Account platform we are migrating customers to, and can move you to this....

Cheers!

Also try using another browser like Chrome or Firefox if you're using Safari, or vice versa.

Thanks for all the replies.

The VPN was the issue for the MacBook pro.

The issue for the iPhone remains.
