So I went to make an alteration to a customer DNS today, and lo and behold, Orcon's domain control panel is ... gone.

Anyone know where? I have three customers who use Orcon, all separate accounts. One of them still shows the control panels for various services; the other two log in fine but show no services. Under "My Services" is a lonely plus sign; clicking "add service" proclaims "There are no services to add".

I emailed Orcon tech support about it but the last few tickets sent through their system have had a response time of ten to fourteen days.

(The ungodly trance on their phone queue makes it feel like you've been there a fortnight after a quick forty-five minutes.)

Anyone got clues?

I signed up for Ihug at home recently, and am looking forward to trying out their DNS control panel as soon as I've transferred some domains over. They've been pretty responsive on the support front thus far, at least.
