I am using 100M fibre, recently the network speed is quite slow.
The download speed is normal , but upload speed is only 1Mbps.
The download and upload speed setting on firtz has been set to the maximum.
Anyone knows what’s the problem? Thanks

Don't test over 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi

Run test over Ethernet and post result

Sorry no devises using Ethernet so can’t post that. But the speed of browsing webpage becomes very slow recently. The upload speed was normal at about 20M before.

if you cant do an ethernet speed test you cant properly rule out wifi being the issue here.

if wifi is the issue then its got nothing to do with your ISP .

Agree you cant really trust wifi test figures.
But if I run a test on my phone using 5ghz,around 4m from the router, i get 102 down and 22 up, which is the same if i test using a cable direct to the router.

I am on bigpipe ufb 100/20 plan.
I did have a really odd issue last August with my upload speed fizzling out.
Thread here: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=158&topicid=240143

It drove me nuts and magically fixed itself after around 10 days of mucking about with bigpipe support (who said they had done nothing).

Wonder if maybe you have a similar issue?
