I can't seem to search on AliExpress as of late, the home page will work fine but once I search for stuffs it'll bug out.

This is what I was greeted when I hit enter

I proceed to slide to 'verify' and this happened

I tried restarting my router, changing browsers, disabling all my add-ons to no avail.

Funnily enough the app on my phone works perfectly. It only affects desktop browsers for now.

Anyone on 2degrees experiencing this as well?

I did have this same problem the other day, and so did many others around the world (was Googling to see and it wasn't just me). But it's ok for me tonight on Vodafone

there always seems to be random things that wont work on aliexpress.

Today I am trying to extend buyer protection on something I haven't yet received but Aliexpress is giving me an error "oops something went wrong" whenever I try to use it.

A possible solution is to sign in before you search. Seems to work that way.

Works for me on my companies Spark connection as well. In both test I was not signed in.

It does seem like something on their end.

This has happened sporadically over the last month+ where I've tried searching for an item or even just logging in returns what OP has shown. I then test on 2d mobile, same thing. Voda mobile, same result. Got friends on Voyager (UFB) and Spark (UFB) to test, same result.
Wait for a few hours or the next day and go back, works totally fine.

I'm on AilExpress at some point in time, most days, looking for that special thing I didn't know I needed. Don't recall ever have search or sign in problems. This would be on Slingshot (Vocus) and Spark connections.

I suspect it's a back-end issue and may depend on which servers you hit.

I had no issues on my desktop until this morning, while my phone had issues last Friday. Logging in seemed to resolve the issue, but I hit the issue again while logged in after posting the workaround (I deleted the comment as it became apparent the issue was more widespread).
