Hey all,

just arrived back home in kiwi land after living in Europe for 3 years, we're living with my dad currently and thusly have switched him over to 2 degrees as spark's pricing was... way higher for no obvious reason.

I wonder if anyone knows how long it usually takes for the connection to switch over? we're in Christchurch connected via enable, sadly the email from 2degrees didn't seem to give any indication, when I signed up I left it selected as "ASAP" for connection date.

Thanks!

When I changed got a text from Enable after couple of days and it had details in it.

I put a date greater then 30 days, so I could give Spark 30 days notice, you can end up paying for two connections for a month if don’t do this.

Hey mate,
Once the request is in with Enable, as above, you'll receive an SMS/email from Enable with instructions to follow.
Give it a couple of days.

And I hope your ONT has it's PSU.. 😂

Cheers

They say he carved that spoon himself.. From a bigger spoon..
Any comment made here is my own and should not be taken as that of my employer. You've seen one of these statements before.
