Am seeing some degraded performance from Fastly but other then that 🤷♀️
Gonna need more info on where you're seeing degraded traffic.

Ping to where?
If all traffic to your ISP first hop is 500+ ms then international performance will be more affected than local/national due to how Internet protocols work.
May be related? https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=81&topicid=289876
Nothing I've noticed, do you have anything in particular I can test for you?
I havent seen anything either.
Testing routes to US are within thresholds.

Yeah bit strange some traceroute routes look right but downloads are shocking

Be really helpful if there would be any files or anything other than ICMP packets to test against however I am seeing the same packet loss once we hit lax01 as per your MTR.

I am not seeing this on a non Vocus service.

yep http://173.82.134.109/1000MB.test
The server has 1Gbit port and pulls locally in LA 100MB per second and on average around 30-40MB per second to NZ
Yeah through Vocus that sucks.
Will mention that I am not seeing any issues with anything else including fast.com so this could be entirely localized in a region.

I have been seeing some weirdness today as well. Only real point of reference currently is to the World of tanks servers where I am seeing horrible ping and packet loss. pretty much unplayable currently.

Trace complete.
I was seeing 60% packet loss on the lax01 hop earlier but didn't save the trace.....
Packet loss is all over the place:
Looks to have started around 10am today:
The ping dropped a bit earlier this week too by the looks:
Yeah general international speed is horrible.
even on my binarylane servers in Australia getting 24MB down with packet loss

Now I get to do the fun part and retract.
I am seeing a lot of severely degraded traffic the moment it hits USA LAX on Vocus.

This is painful and I am glad I moved all of my hosted stuff back home and in NZ. At least traffic to Aussie seems unaffected(don't have enough data to go on).
Hoping for a fix.

Yep, anything going into LA or San Jose unusable.
My performance is terrible today too, it has been like this for a few days actually but today is particularly bad. I'm paying for the 950Mbps Boost plan.
A few speedtests (upload speed is fairly good):
