Hi All

We have one local client who has gone to Aussie for the week.  They were using Voice over Wi-Fi just fine on Monday and Tuesday, but today they are unable to make or receive calls and txt messages.  I've encouraged them to call 2D's support team.  The fault may be with the handset, which has been rebooted twice.

Simply posting this to allow others to mention they are seeing the same or they are in Aussie and not having any similar troubles.

Cheers.

Have they connected to more than one AP?

2degrees don't block Wi-Fi calling in any country

Same Wi-Fi network today as the previous days - their tiny Melbourne warehouse with an NBN connection.

Can they test connecting to another Wi-Fi network?

Potentially this evening.  For the moment to get their important calls flowing I've recommended they disable Voice over Wi-Fi and roam on a local cellular network.
