Did the dreaded annual re-sign phone call for contracted 12 months 2Degrees fibre 500/100  this morning and it was super smooth.
Didn’t hardly need to say anything except confirm who I was. Here was I with notes at hand and ready to argue.

Called the Telesales number 0800022055, talked to Ashraf from the Customer Management Team. He rolled the contract over including my static IP and our Superannuit and loyalty discounts. Should say I’ve been with these guys through a few company take-over name changes, so a very long time. Really appreciate how much easier it’s been the last two times I have re-upped. Last year it was Sam. Wonder if Sam is still there. Used to be a right pain going through an argument and discussion about discounts, why you need a static ip etc. and then they’d have to check with a higher up. Nice to not have to go through hoops. Easy twice in a row now. :)

Sweet, thanks guys.

I just a had a similarly rewarding and positive experience with my renewal for 12 months. Big ups for the 2Degrees team

Glad to hear Sam is still there. He said last year he hoped to be. :)

Me too was super helpful, only thing I wasn’t sure of is why they said if I have lots of devices 500/100:plan wouldn’t be good enough . Price including phone 104 per month and $30 credit.
