So I went over my data cap a few days ago, now that i'm paying $2 a GB, my download speeds are hitting ~2.3mb/s. This is during peak times, my previous average was around .5-1mb/s offpeak. Is additional data unshaped or have they had bandwith upgrade in the last 2 days?
