I have been looking on the site to try and find out what the callig rates are, if i have phone and internet with snap. but nowhere on the site does it list what the actual calling rates are, whether there are any call caps etc.

frustrating.

also, i changed my plan to 100gb last week saturday on the phone, and the guy who i spoke to said that it would take a few days for it to show up, instead of saying that i am still on 50gb.

but its still saying that i am on 50gb. how long will this take to show up?

http://www.snap.net.nz/home/package/broadband

10c national capped at $2 for two hours (03 to 03 is free), 25c mobile, $4 for two hours to Australia, UK, Ireland, USA & Canada.

However you have a point if you want to call China or something as I can't find that either or how much it is for a quick call to Oz for that matter.
