I have received and connected the new Genius device. All worked well until I changed the IP of the genius router from 10.1.1.1 to 10.1.1.254

Now I am unable to log back into the router using ie9 on Windows 7 Ultimate. I tried Firefoz and it works but very patchy. I can log into the router using the new IP but only logs in sometimes.......clicking the 'log in' button after entering the password doesn't always log in and I need to click on different buttons on the login page to get it to log in but it still does not always log in?????

The pc has a static IP and can browse the net and send\receive emails fine. The phone works perfectly but I am unable to log in using ie9.

I need to change 'settings' in the router for various apps. I have tried from a laptop that is set to receive IP from the router as well but to no avail.

Don't really want to reset the router as I have all sorts of gadgets using the 10.1.1.254 IP including a firewall used to connect to the office via VPN.

I have cleared the browsing history, cookies and cache. Still no go. I won't even start to discuss Orcon's support.

Any ideas?

Strange, I myself changed my IP to 192.168.1.254, as the 10 network didn't suit my home network.

It does work changing the IP, so not sure why your having this issue.
