Ok, so as part of a special offer, I am getting the Nokia C2-01 for $99 with 2degrees.
I ordered Nokia C2 this noon.
At 12.23pm today, I received the tax invoice in my email.
But the order says Nokia C1-01 for $99.
So there must be a mistake somewhere, either in the description or in the ordering process.
I called the 2degrees CSR team at 12.27pm, here comes the disappointment.
I was put on hold for 10min, then the female CSR told me there should be a mistake with the person processing my order, they must have put the wrong phone in the courier bag, and the phone was sent out at 12pm already, you should call us earlier.
But I just received your email at 12.23pm, how do I know you have given me the wrong phone earlier, at least not until I get your email first...
I said fine, then can I just return it, then you can send me the right phone.
She said no, return the phone first, then there is a $20 change of mind fee.
But wait a min, I didnt change my mind, I ordered the right phone, but 2degrees staff sent me the wrong one, why should I pay for your mistake??? Is there a way to get around this???
Then she said, I totally understand, if you dont want that phone, return the unopened package and pay the $20 change of mind fee.
I guess I will receive the phone tomorrow, but what should I do then?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
