Had a friend borrow my winphone7 phone (samsung focus) the other day, he is on 2degrees (i am with vodafone and telecom)

Specs of phone
2G NetworkGSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 19003G NetworkHSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100
Both my sim cards work in the phone (telecom/vodafone) when he put in his 2degrees card the phone could not make calls or text but could use data (the phone just kept saying searching and not displaying 2degrees).

I had an old 2degrees sim can that I put in and that worked fine, so was thinking it was just his sim card (which was working fine in his current phone).

He went to a 2degrees shop and got a new sim card and we are still having problems.

Is there a difference in the sim cards that 2degrees are now using, the old 2degrees cards work fine but it seems all their current ones don't seem to want to work on this phone.

IMEI #?

I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code

Can you PM all the SIM numbers, including the one that works so I can check which batch they're from and look into this.

Also can you confirm, were any settings changed from using the new SIMs to the old?

Cheers
