Like many here, I'd like to upgrade to the $89 plan + phone line.

But having been an absolute early adopter, having convinced numerous people to swap to Snap and having driven a lot of business to them via a blog, the thanks I get is "Sorry, only new customers get a 7490".

I realise you have limited stock and are reserving them for new customers - but you didn't get the customer base you have by this sort of behaviour. No prize for guessing what happens when an out of contract customer is presented with that response.
