raytaylor: The slingshot CSR rep put the wrong details in for my address and chorus rejected the order for the new line. They are adding a second line to our account and i clearly explained all details are exactly the same except instead of xxA geogres drive it was going to be XXB georges drive.

Slingshot rang and said whats your address? Chorus say there is no georges street.

lol

After another rejection, I ended up having to get the rates bill out to look up the property identification number to pass on to chorus,

All i wanted was another line for the house next door

Of course there is a Georges Drive (maybe they spelt it wrong as you did above once) (also you said Drive and they said Street?)

Check http://www.telecomwholesale.co.nz/maps

Type in Georges Drive and then it will show all the street numbers Chorus knows about (Click next results for the next places).

Alot of people think they may live at say number 1B or 2C but they actually live at 2/1 or 3/2 street name

You can also check also maps.google.com and you can check also that street number they think you are in
