Is this still happening?

I created a new email account on Monday and it was working fine but suddenly today (Wednesday) I can't log on to webmail/client can't connect?

Webmail says "ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server."

This is a separate issue. Our engineers are already on to it and expect it to be fixed very shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
