2DegreesCare: However, that's changed! NOW because customers are now using a whole lot more data the 12GB will now Auto-Renew (for Prepay only) at expiry or when it hits 35MB and you'll get a notification when it hits 50MB.

Out of interest why is this limited to Prepay only? I'm guessing it might be because of complications with aligning the data pack renewal with a billing cycle?

Am I correct in my understanding that auto renewal will not occur for on account customers irrespective of whether the pack reaches expiry or exhaustian? Does the same apply to the 5Gb pack?

PPS - SteveON - the apps on it's way which will make things A LOT easier.

Thanks for this - I agree it will be a huge help.

Please note that if you are on a data session that goes over these thresholds you may not receive the low balance text till after the event.
