Definitely I used it until the other day. I updated to cyanogen mod without realising I lose video calling:(

All minutes packs for use in making calls to Australia and New Zealand may be used for 3G video calling. Note: that does NOT include other video services such as Skype or Facetime. It only includes 3GPP 64k circuit-switched video calls.

Thanks guys, that answered the question.

I have the functionality to make 3G video calls natively on the S2 but never really made use of it after testing it once or twice, since it would have been costly on my Vodafone plan (49c/min to Vodafone mobiles and $2.05/min to other network).

Seems like it would be a different story on 2degrees so I'm definitely considering switching next week.
