Sweet, back to SNAPDSL-AKL now and national ping times are back to normal, however latency to some International sites has really gone to the dogs! My traceroute to 203.217.24.163 is the same as yours btw.

I guess the official completion time for the work hasn't expired yet, so perhaps they're still working on some things?
