Lorenceo: I don't see the problem here. My ISP login password is different from all other passwords I use online. I've had other ISPs send letters with setup instructions which included the username and password to log in. These were sent in envelopes via the post, no signature or anything required.

vexxxboy: i cant see why people are getting so upset that Snap can see your password, what are they going to do with it, and im not being smart, i would really like to know what they would do with it.
I'd like to apologise for any errors in the postage and handling of the Fritz!Boxes. We are currently reviewing this process and the way that Fritz!Boxes are configured and sent.
