plas: Our webmaster account at work even got sent one, I have no idea how that has ended up on your mailing list.

One thought - do you have domains registered with Orcon and/or iServe?  I'm not sure if iServe customers are included but if you have a domain with Orcon you would have a customer account, and that being registered to your webmaster account does sound legit.

Hi all,
As you have spotted, we emailed some ex-customers accidentially. Simple human error I am afraid.
We have made changes to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Sorry if you got an email by accident.
If you are a current broadband customer (residential or business) you will be in the draw for a trip for sure. We are contacting winners over the coming weeks.
Cheers.

I think there should be a draw for those of us ex-customers as well now... you told us... ;)

Seriously, no harm no foul, nice to see you guys accepting it was just a mistake :) :) :)

@ mattwnz that's because they don't like you LOL (joke)

personally I would have thought the money for this would have been better spent on getting better CSR's that can actually speak and understand ENGLISH

Who agrees that Orcon should enter everyone who received the email into the draw (even those that aren't current customers)?
