@insane, I'm in Wellington also. Just noticed I did not use Sanfran as the testing server, which would explain the extra 30ms added to the ping times over the rest of you guys. Heres the real results. (Interestingly, the jitter has also dropped from 8ms to <2ms)

Snap VDSL @50/10Mbps

Work fibre @100/100Mbps
