Nice.  But the Everyone100 pack  still show 100 minutes for $30 on your website..

Yes, it was a bit of a rush job to get all the collateral updated. That one came through a bit later after we realised that the chat combo at $19 would have been better value than Everyone100 at $30. :-) I'll let let them know they forgot to update that.

Yup text pack much better deal than data pack now, 300 was always low on texts, why no token bump up when text pack received across the board increases recently?

Thanks for the updated plans. Currently on the Data plan, which I have cancelled the auto renew on. Will switch to the text plan (even though I send less that 30 texts a month) on the 31st of August, that way, I should have the plan for all of February as well.
Presumably, it will try and renew on the 28th of Feb?

Toiletduck: Now that the terms and conditions switch has been flicked - - -

There is a timeframe for the benefits
"Promotional Included Benefits* (only between 24 August 2012 and 31 January 2013)"

I'd guess thats because the XT plan that prompted this 2deg plan bump is only for a limited time, so if XT don't keep offering it, 2deg wont keep bettering it.

It will renew on whatever day you bought it on, or the last day of the month if that day doesn't exist. I expect it to renew once or twice between now and February but hypothetically if you bought it on the 30th then it would renew on the 28th of Februrary.

Awesome. Just got to wait for a bit less than a month to top up now.

Ditto.

Currently using 30-40 minutes, a few dozen texts and 2-300mb of data a month The new 19text seems to cover that nicely.

2degrees always amazes me. Loving these new plans even if it's for a limited time.

It seems to be the difference is telecom will let you keep the plan for as long as you keep topping up and paying for it.

Where as these will expire 31st jan unless they extend it?

Sticking with telecom here for the moment.

there will always be something better and better that will keep coming up.. coz the competition is getting heated up between the telcos and we the customers are the winners in this..

Considering i kept my smartphone double plan for more than a year, i'm more interested in something that works out for me long term. Will be interesting if this gets extended.
Pretty clever move, release a limited time offer to stem the flow of customers to telecom. Then back to how it was come February. And yes telecom offer is also time limited, but I can keep that.
will be interesting to see if vodafone responds

I want to know if we can expect to see some improvements in the national data casual data blocks.

$6 for 50 MB and $10 for 100 MB is starting to look like poor value.
