rayonline: In regards to another aspect of roaming. For some time now Telecom and Vodafone have reduced the 3G rate to $10/MB, while to the same countries and there's many of them, 2 Degrees charges $30/MB. Is there a reason for this?
And now Vodafone charges as little as $50 for 500MB in Australia.

I can't say it's not better, but it's still $0.50/mb (if you use the whole pack).
Dual SIM top end phones would be cool. I think it nearly happened before smartphones took hold.
