I had the Slingshot dropping problem since Telecom started that unbundling story. If you call them they say the problem is on your computer. . . Commited suicide going to Xtra.
Thinking about going to Orcon. Seems to be more appreciated around here.
Actually,there/s nothing wrong with eitrher modem or Slingshot,my line is faulty. Telecom tech says there some problem at the port in exchange. They have reset the port yesterday and since then it has been working fine but if the problem persists they might have to change the port at the exchange.
