Wasn't there some article about orcon pulling their call centre back to nz some time ago? Or will this happen once the influx of ufb signups drop off?

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

I have been asked to compile the numbers of people ringing me that are disconnecting. How am I meant to do this when calls don't even come through (ie register in the call log)?

For now all I can provide is what people have told me via text/mobile.

Numbers that callers make you aware of (by text/mobile), is all you are being asked for, the voice team will just need a few examples to spot the pattern so they can diagnose the cause. Sorry that wasn't clear.

Is the International issue resolved now?
