antoniosk: Hmmm, just looking at whats on my account now.

The old 1GB Mobile Broadband data zone option, which I had set to auto-renew, has disappeared.

According to this I no longer have any packs that auto-renew. Is that supposed to be correct?

It should have switched you over to the 1GB National pack. If it didn't, PM me your number so we can check.

Hmm, 3 gigs for $50, same as vodafone on the ipad plan. No chance of anything better than that?

Just to clarify: postpay 1GB broadband packs were migrated on launch night so that they would renew (on next bill day) as national packs. If you had a 50MB or 100MB national pack at the same time, we cancelled those so you would just have the 1GB pack.

Prepay 1GB broadband packs will automatically renew as 1GB national packs on their next renewal, which is either when used up, or at the end of the month's validity. When they renew they will also do a drive-by cancel of a 50MB or 100MB pack if you had one.

However, until your next renewal - prepay or postpay - the system will still show that you have broadband balances. I believe the postpay self-care screens show that you have a national pack renewing immediately (not sure - not my area) but the prepay ones will say broadband right up until it renews.

Hope that helps!

The 3GB on Pay Monthly is Carryover Data - Carryover Data Plans

We think that's better.
