FireEngine:freitasm: working on both Vodafone and Snap here.
So fails on Orcon, works on Telecom and Voda, works on some Snap, fails on others....def sounds like the site or its host ISP is reacting to the requesting ip address in some way.....Has the site ever (inadvertently) hosted malware that it has since removed???

As far as I can remember, it hasn't.
If anyone has any suggestions that I could add to a PM to a couple of the higher up admins then feel free to comment :)
kenkeniff: My money is on phpBB trying to geo-locate the user's IP and throwing an exception when it doesn't recognise it.
Try disable GEOIP ACP Module or similar.
Definitely not an ISP issue, code issue.
(2degrees [non-NAT'd] FAILED, Telecom FAILED, Amazon ISP WORKED)
