By the way reguarding the policy to say no first: That was my own personal opinion too. I think that policy is better than promising what you can't do. The website states I would have to ring and confirm first.

Sorry for the incredibly late reply! I have been busy studying for my MCSA exams coming up in the next week.

As an update...

With the latest storm ripping over NZ last weekend, with power outages I checked my sync speed...15Mbit! as soon as the storm left us, now I am around 11.6Mbit...this is so odd.
