yeah tech came out couldnt fault the ont but replaced anyway ,he talked to orcon on phone and ordered new modem - modem never turned up so i called to see why modem hadnt turned up and was told that because there was traffic that case was closed. then when new modem arrived and i installed it i didnt know that it needed to be logged in your system , i dont want to knock you guys because we all just try and do our job but the communication was really bad , the modem cancellation was never relayed to me , traffic was seen and case closed also when new modem hooked up i was never informed that orcon need to do stuff there end to get going . so hence no phone.  the only good thing about it has been geekzone and you . i dont even want the phone lol
